He had all the right people in all the right places to put us in a bigger home, in a lake community, for literally $10 more than our initial mortgage! This company was literally a God-send. Before, I met them, I had previous Realty company that put someone on my file who specialized in commercial real-estate to manage and oversee the selling of my home. She had very little experience in residential and it showed. She didn't know that you had to find out whether the condo was FHA approved before you tried to sell it.
