Denied doing a 30 minute exhaust job because he doesn't see what I'm trying to do and says a exhaust can't just be welded back together
I was referred to Jeff’s Auto by a friend, but after my experience, I strongly regret going there. I took my car in for a repair and clearly asked for a quote before any work was done. Jeff initially quoted me a staggering $900 for parts (which could be purchased directly from the dealer for $450), $514 for labor, and $150 for coding, add tax and that brings the total to $1600! Had some car trouble on the way up to the dells. My husband called this place on a Monday, initially they were booked but asked him to bring it in. Once he got there he was immediately taken care of! They ran a diagnostic and found the problem quickly. The work took about an hour! The price was amazing and the work was done quickly. Welcoming and well ran business very professional! Wonderful staff everyone working together. Nice to be greeted by the kind receptionist Heather. Thank you for helping my family get home safe!
Shout out to Jeff and and his crew. Got me in asap and took care of my vehicle and put my nerves at ease and fixed my car in less than an hour. Mechanic was very knowledgeable and knew what was wrong right away taking it down the road just a couple blocks. Very grateful for them getting this fixed right away for me and my family. Can't thank them enough.
