I arrived early for my 1:45 appointment. No one was at the front desk, and the self-check-in system would not allow me to check in. I was eventually taken to the back, had my vitals taken, and was placed in an exam room. The nurse administered nasal spray and then left. Patient caring and no complex explanation
I am sure everyone in this office is highly competent but the patient care needs improvement. There were several instances where I felt like I was being put through a sausage press with no opportunity for collaboration or education regarding my care. For example, I was surprised to be receiving a hearing test when I first arrived and the audiologist casually stated, "Oh yes, the doctor wants to know if your hearing loss is temporary or permanent."
