We just had our kitchen/living room remodeled this past winter. Jeff Rouse Construction exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, communicative, and detail oriented. Jeff and his crew worked hard to make sure we were back into our space as soon as possible. Definitely would use them again!!
We purchased a 40 year old lake front home and turned it over to Jeff Rouse Construction to renovate and update for our eventual move in. His crew did an amazing job on new flooring, total interior painting, and door installation. We gave them time to do a better than average job and they excelled in every way. Since we were moving from out of state, we needed the home to be completed within a time frame that accommodated our schedule - and he met it.
The construction work itself is just OK, but the crew is really what makes the difference. There's nothing like being woken up by these guys yelling the F word, screaming and hollering, and blaring terrible country music. At 7am no less. The constant hollering like toddlers and cigarette smoke is enough for me to find another company for my next project.
