Met With Jeff, he was professional, efficient, and asked the right questions. Promised to deliver appraisal by a certain date and he produced a very thorough appraisal on the date promised. I will use him again in the future.
We hired Jeff to help us define the current market value on our home. He was very responsive and arrived at the set time. He asked a number of questions to better understand what improvements we had made to our home. He made sure he saw all parts of the house, all three levels and then took photos of each room. Then he walked the yard and took photos of the outside. He delivered the appraisal in the timeframe wanted and it was 22 pages including the photos and great details of his methodology. Would recommend him to others.
Jeff was very responsive, accommodating while scheduling the home visit, and competed the appraisal ahead of schedule. Will definitely use him in the future.
