The staff was very nice and accommodating! But the doctor was rude in the way he spoke about what I needed done . He needs to work on how he talks to people . Will not be returning!
I started the process with Dr. Penner of an implant replacing a broken tooth. So far the process has been great considering. The office staff explained everything in detail. My consultation with Dr. Penner was great. He explained the procedure and reassured me about everything I was about to undertake. The procedure itself went very well and so far the recovery has been good. I recommend Dr. Penner and the folks at Periodontal & Implant Associates of Middle Tennessee to anyone who has to have this procedure.
This experience was cool until he literally laser my gums in the front incorrectly! Even my ortho confirmed it was uneven…my gums were not like this before and I have the pics to prove it! When I brought it to Dr Penner attention he made it seem like it’s my gums when my gums over my teeth were even….in order for my gap to close that meat in the front had to be laser…one of my teeth are fine but he didn’t do the one next to it the same and charged thousands of dollars. I just want to say...I LOVE this office. Ive had two gum grafts with Dr. Penner. He is always so kind and a good listener. The staff is always kind and smiling and gets me in when I need a cleaning. I am so grateful that I have them to take care of my needs and if you have any periodontal issues call them now! My teeth are so clean today Michelle!!!! Thank you!
