I read the reviews and noticed someone said the receptionist is rude and wow I can second that. I’m a US citizen living outside of the US and was wanting to file my US taxes for the last couple years that I haven’t done, and it took multiple attempts to get this lady to understand what I was saying with her being snippy the entire time.
