The worst experience I've had with a tradesperson. I initially hired Owain for a gas safety check, during which he said the boiler needed replacing. I agreed, and we decided on a quick turnaround because he indicated the old boiler was unsafe. However, he canceled on me three days in a row with poor communication and flimsy excuses, sending only the occasional text or voice message.
