We purchased our home from the original owner who used Nicklyn Builders. We’ve found numerous areas of own home where craftsmanship was sacrificed for cost. The most egregious so far has been this discovery - all of our lighting fixtures in the house are not mounted to the wall and the electrical boxes are not mounted to internal lumber or brackets. Everything is just balanced delicately - and now falling as expected. I would not recommend to builder to anyone.

Very unprofessional as managers of property with very little sense of urgency for tenant emergencies. There's no emergency service number/24hr service line..only his wife's personal cell. Nice townhomes built by his company, but the property management side of things is not good at all for tenants.
There building a house across the road from me I'm on a dead end road ,they park in front of your driveway ,block your mailbox block the road ask them to move called office ,had to call police 4 times , because owner didn't care about me getting out of my driveway,then they let all there trash fly all over my yard and other yards ,call office no call back ,just fipped me when seen me,had to call township and the police took pictures, still won't pick up trash, have to go to court
