Very bad customer support.
Tried to get them to cut off a cross member for me even picked one out wasnt perfect but beat on it with a hammer and was solid. Came back and told me it was rotten and refused to cut it off. Still had paint on it. Terrible service
I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. I bought a used transmission for my Nissan Murano last year from them (through A111 Autoparts) with a three-year warranty. The transmission failed in less than a year. I obtained two formal diagnostic reports from Nissan dealerships in Vancouver, both confirming the transmission failure.
