Not good at all. After years of being a loyal customer they installed my back wheel misaligned which caused my belt to get shredded. After not admitting to their mistake I had to take it to another bike shop where they confirmed this and now I have a bill of over $1000 plus the $1100 I already paid. No apology or offer to make things right.
