It's a great place to exercise or lift weights. The staff are helpful and friendly. They also have a swimming pool. I love the place. Also membership is much cheaper than other facilities in the area.

This is a great wellness center. There's a wide variety of workout equipment, showers, a pool and spa. The staff are kind. The swimming pool is very nice and warm. However it's really disappointing to see the majority of swimmers come out of the locker rooms bone dry. I mean this is a place for adults, and we should all have the decency to follow the posted rules and take a quick shower before going into a shared pool. In my opinion it's common sense to do so.
