Great customer service Jeff and Brittney both are super helpful. I had to file a claim yesterday and Brittney was so nice she waited on hold with claims until the answered (25 min later) and then she called me back so I didn’t have to wait. The team at Jeff Lucas really go above and beyond to take care of their customers
Ladies in office never call back when they say , was supposed to receive call back by next day , so I called back week later, never started my quote, then was told would call me back later that day, 3 days later still no call back , total waste of time
I think her name is Bethany/Brittany but she’s a blessing she’s gone above and beyond to help me when I had an issue with my insurance!!! Thank you so much girl!!!

I have been singing the praises of State Farm a lot lately! Our son had an accident about 2 months ago and then a deer ran into my car last week.
