Major foundation issue that Jeff Lindsey failed to address. House is 4 years old
There customer service is terrible. We have a list of over 20 items that they were suppose to do before we closed. 2 weeks later and they have done nothing!!!

After they take your money they don’t care about anything else !!! the grading is horrible I have rocks all in my backyard !!!I had a leak in my roof that took them eight months to fix and the leak started when we moved in!!!
We can't wait until the house is built! Erick and I had the best experience at the Design Center. Donna was amazing and amazingly patient while we muddle through swatches of carpet, tile, flooring, etc. trying to make our minds up! Donna gave great advice, recommndations, ideas, etc. It was a new experience for both Erick and I and we are excited to see it all come together in the finished product! There is not one aspect of our house that is above average quality. The majority of the work is substandard. We have had issues from day 1 and still do (3 years later). From paint to flooring to plumbing to stonework, etc. JLC takes advantage of buying property in good locations and having good floor plans. They then build cookie cutter versions using the absolute cheapest, low quality materials they can find. If you are looking for a forever home or a long term home, keep looking elsewhere.
Really like the house we purchased in December of 2017, but quality isn't quite where it needs to be. Not horrible, but sheetrock work is average at best. Also, extremely disappointed in cooperation I got with builder/management after realizing had multiple trees (extremely close to house) infested with pine beetles. Trees are dying and have to be taken down. I asked them to meet me halfway with the cost and all I got was, pine beetles aren't covered under warranty.
