I’ve had electrical issues with my home over those last 6 years. Fluctuating power, causing my lights in my home to flicker, power surge burnt out my $3500 refrigerator, burnt out 2 coffee makers and I have a dual units , the outside units were cross wired which posed a fire hazard! And having trouble with my HVAC system, I’ve had two repairs done and waiting on a third repair to come out today since my air is out on my main unit I will never purchase another home from the builder so many little things I found wrong
