Jeff was amazingly responsive, so much so that I could have been the first offer in on some very hot houses after we toured it. Also a tough negotiator. Was at ease though the whole process, you could tell it wasn't his first rodeo. When the seller didn't come though with a small repair Jeff paid for it out of his own pocket to be sure I was completely satisfied with the transaction! Highly recommended.
