Excellent service. Prompt response and fair pricing. Did not try and sell me more than what was needed. Have always felt like they are trustworthy and professional.
Nice technician, terrible service. Waste of money and my time. Blow 100$ for an unskilled Technician to tell me "there's nothing I can do". Had a 2nd opinion come out and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Called and left a message for the owner to call me back and nothing. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.
We had SunKool come out and look at our unit. The tech said there was a leak, but if he spent the time to find it, it would cost us at least a grand. Then depending on where it was, there would be the cost to fix it. So he just filled it with freon and charged us a couple hundred dollars all the while telling me that he was giving us a discount on the cost per pound.
