I had never done standup before so I was plenty nervous starting Jeff's class. His decades of experience really shines through as a teacher and I was so thoroughly impressed with where we started on day 1 to where we ended up at our graduation show! Jeff breaks comedy down in digestible chunks and walks you through the anatomy of a joke. Jeff is an amazing teacher, and his class was not only an informative experience; it was one of rhetorical empowerment. The skills you learn can be applied broadly, and the laughs you'll get will stay with you for as long as you have a functional sense of humor. The course is worth every penny and memorable moment.

I never thought of myself as funny until Jeff showed me how to write jokes. Our class learned together, got over any stage fright, learned how to work with a mic, and had a great time. What a blast to think I could stand in front of 200 people and make them laugh!
