I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Johnson Family Collision did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. A deer ran into my car traveling back to FL from NY. My car looks the same as it did prior to the deer accident. Michela is wonderful. Very nice and professional. If anyone is in the area and is in need of repairs, please don’t hesitate to call Johnson Family Collision.
Update: turns out the girl telling me on the phone and in person that the reason it sat for a week without being touched was because somebody quit and lost the key fob WAS THE PERSON THE KEY WAS GIVEN TO! I’m torn on this place…while they did a good job repairing a fender and lights on our pathfinder after my husband hit a deer there are some SERIOUS issues going on with their customer service team.
