In a 2 year period, I sold 2 homes and purchased 1, with Jeff as my agent for all 3 transaction. It was a difficult time for me with a lot of emotions mixed in with financial concerns. After 2.5 years of renting from this man, I would strongly discourage anyone from ever renting with him or even doing any type of business with him. Jeff and his team mismanaged maintenance on numerous occasions, and even illegally billed us for plumbing issues because he neglected proper care of his rental after he purchased the home.
