I have called 10 to 15 times and left messages with the receptionist and on the voice mail over the past 6 weeks and have never gotten a call back. We met in December and I thought it went well and then no response. If they didn't want to work with me for whatever reason then answer the phone and tell me that. It's been very frustrating and it's a terrible way to treat people.
They are fast, reliable, and hassle free! The only company I use to service my Generac!
Jeff's team repaired an outlet in our house but in doing so, pulled out my dishwasher. After putting dishwasher back in, it is showing error messages. I have called 3 times with no response. Help!!!
Left messages on two occasions. Never called back.
