I would give a 0 star review if it would allow. Horrible company. Their scheduling is a joke and they schedule things and do not honor it. They say that they "Work with your insurance company", but that is far from the truth. Instead of meeting with your adjuster and showing them the components, they just go based off of the adjusters inspection. Jesse was fantastic. Explained everything, best price out of multiple companies, and the job was completed at the quoted time. Clean up was great, just like they were never here.
I don't want to give anybody an incorrect impression because the people were nice enough. I am a little frustrated that they tried to charge me almost $3,000 more on a quote than any other competitor. An the competitors actually let me know other issues I may have and including changing out some of the face board was included and the competitors quotes. I don't want to say it's a bad company because at that point I wasn't willing to do business with them but I definitely keep your eye on them if you use them.
