Jesse Ortiz was very professional and extremely helpful in helping me look at various options regarding my roof and gutters. The installers were also very professional as well....courteous and very respectful of my property. I certainly would use Jeff Home I improvements again.
I would give a 0 star review if it would allow. Horrible company. Their scheduling is a joke and they schedule things and do not honor it. They say that they "Work with your insurance company", but that is far from the truth. Instead of meeting with your adjuster and showing them the components, they just go based off of the adjusters inspection. So, therefor, all of your roofing components will not be replaced as it needs to be. They absolutely refuse to replace Step flashing, counter flashing, and apron flashing. The exact... read more
Jesse was fantastic. Explained everything, best price out of multiple companies, and the job was completed at the quoted time. Clean up was great, just like they were never here.
