We used his service to prune a tree (as per a notice we had received from Western Power). He attended the site, finished the job and left and once we went there to check, we could obviously see that the branches were not cut enough. We called him and he said he has done enough and it will satisfy the requirements. Two weeks later, we got an invoice from Western Power which showed that they have sent another contractor to finish the unfinished job and sent us photos of the branches that had to be cut, so we ended up paying do... read more
