I’m giving Jeff Fender GMC a 1-star rating due to a very frustrating experience with their service department. I brought my car in because of a noise coming from the vehicle. I was told the probable issue was the flex pipe, and I paid $687 to have it repaired. After the repair, the car was still making the exact same noise. When I took it back, they suddenly weren’t sure where the noise was coming from anymore. We bought a 2023 truck with about 12000 miles on it. In the past year it's been in twice for issues.... forward collision warning light wouldn't go off, radio wouldn't hold presets or switch back and forth to camera mode or read texts, then a month later the check engine light came on......all electronic/computer issues which is precisely why you need to buy an extended warranty right?
