My truck was here for almost 7 months due to my engine being on backorder with General Motors, but I am grateful for Jim, Cody, Jose for being tentative about my issues and patient when I call for an update! I’m giving Jeff Fender GMC a 1-star rating due to a very frustrating experience with their service department. I brought my car in because of a noise coming from the vehicle. I was told the probable issue was the flex pipe, and I paid $687 to have it repaired. After the repair, the car was still making the exact same noise. When I took it back, they suddenly weren’t sure where the noise was coming from anymore. We bought a 2023 truck with about 12000 miles on it. In the past year it's been in twice for issues.... forward collision warning light wouldn't go off, radio wouldn't hold presets or switch back and forth to camera mode or read texts, then a month later the check engine light came on......all electronic/computer issues which is precisely why you need to buy an extended warranty right? Wonderful Experience at Jeff Fender today (3/2/26) having some recall work done on my Truck. The 2 gentlemen at the service desk were extremely nice and knowledgeable. And then as I waited for my ride the gentleman at the front sales counter was very friendly and had a great time just talking and chatting about new trucks. Truck was ready earlier than I thought and luckily warranty covered the whole thing. Will use again for either service or new vehicle purchase!
