Cody in the service department was unprofessional and shortage of staff caused delays. Promising break repair for 2 weeks with no updates given on vehicle unless I called. Got fed up with Fender and towed it to a different dealership to find out only issue was air in the break lines when Fender claimed master cylinder failure. So mechanic is either incompetent or they were trying to take advantage of us to make money. Will never recommend them or return. Very disappointing experience!! Only dealer in town with two free chargers!
Expensive charger. I don’t know why y'all charge people to use these you get a commercial power rate. The ROI on a $.35/kwh charger that cost ~$100k to install is not realistic. You would need a Bolt to charge ~4,300 full charges. That would take 11 years if that happened every day. These chargers will not last that long especially when you consider it will need to be upgraded to support NACS.
