We have been with state farm for over 25 years. When Jeff took over this location, he introduced himself to us and was very personable. It is always a pleasure talking with Toni and Robin when I call with questions or updates to our policies, even being excited for me when I purchased my Jeep. We had a sitaution recently with one of our policies and they went above and beyond to help us take care of it. I appreciate their communication and hold them in high regards. Thank you all for being the best.
I’ve been with the same insurance agency since 1990! Toni Beck and Sam Barrett did an excellent job navigating my new policies. Sam worked around my work schedule and did an excellent job explaining what I needed to know for both my Home and auto.
Sam Barrott was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, and made sure we insured my E-bike correctly. I appreciated him being flexible for setting up phone calls during my lunch break to get things done. He is very easy to talk to and not pushy which is great!
