Dr. Fahy and his team are awesome 👌 but the lady at the front desk something serious smart mouth and don't have good customer service at all. Everyday must be bad for her because she's Not a people person for her Position‼️‼️
Dr. Fahy is the best OBGYN that I’ve ever had! I had an IUD removal and insertion, which I have had an IUD insertion before but with a different doctor. With the other doctor it was extremely painful, like excruciating, and my recovery time was long. I couldn’t even drive home or work! Other doctors have brushed me off about my concerns from IUD insertion pain, but Dr. Fahy listened, and he gave me some anesthetic to numb the pain. Be prepared to sit until well past your appointment time in Bay Minette location. I won't be returning. They have absolutely no respect for your time.
