Tried to get a quote, went to the office on a Monday around 10:30am and the door was locked. There was a guy in the office but, didn’t come to the door to help me.
On customer service: Came in wanting to sit down with an agent to sort out a billing issue. Had to wait at the counter while they looked into our inquiry, since there wasn’t a seating area. Typically, you'd expect to be seated and talk it out- especially on important matters like insurance- but apparently, it's treated like a drop-in. I called weeks ago to start my car insurance. I have been working with Sam and it has not been a pleasant experience. Every time I asked a question to try and understand anything Sam would answer as if she was annoyed or as if I shouldn’t have any questions when I am trying to set up car insurance.
