There is a new lady here instead of Jeff e hagen, he was really good to me with my first pregnancy, I had a miscarriage in September 2021 and they just never cared i called a lot of times since I started to see spotting to make an appointment never happened worst doctor and staff I have ever seen I would never recommend this place to anyone
This is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered!! I went in to have a routine exam with my husband in the room and Dr Hagen treated him with disrespect like he shouldn’t have even been in the loop exam room with me! I was treated with just as much disrespect and would never refer any woman to him!!
This office is horrible! The receptionist LUPE straight up hung up on me. I spoke to 3 different people for 3 days waiting just for a refill for my birth control!!!! The doctor and staff is definitely not qualified enough to do simple math and could not even return a high priority phone call. Never ever go to this doctor office! Rude staff, doctor who dont seem to care and horrible experience all the way around!!!
I had a miscarriage back in 2015 and Dr.Hagen was very nice too me about it he even hugged me cause he knew I was devastated . I was recently pregnant in 2018 and he was my Dr he did my first ultrasound and the printer to print ultrasounds was not working so he went out of his way to buy cds with his own money so that women could go home that day with atleast something from their ultrasound 🤍 he is a very good Dr or so he was too me 🤍.
The lady that works a front desk has a horrible attitude and other workers but there are a few respectful ladies that work there. If I knew their names I would mention the respectful and nice Workers and the Rude, disrespectful workers.
