Jeff Dowden was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient throughout the times we were selling our house and looking for another. We couldn't have ask for better service. He helped us understand the process and explained things in language that was easy for two senior citizens to comprehend. We found the perfect house for us.
Jeff had a huge task of helping us find several investment properties in Denton (an hour from Sherman, where he lives) on a very short timeline and with no hesitation he enthusiastically accepted and delivered! He would gladly drive all the way to Denton just to show us a couple of properties, even if we were on the fence.
