Will take any & all shortcuts to get his $ . Doesn't clean up after service & lied about repairing everything. Product worked for 3 more months and went out
Awful at follow up. Spoke to "Jennifer" for minute, said she would try to set up an appointment for me. Multiple VMs/texts over the last 2 days, no return call. On to a service provider who returns calls, even if they don't have good news.
They came out to look at our dishwasher three weeks ago today-the appt was set by Home Depot because of the warranty. The parts were delivered to him two weeks ago, but we can’t get him to call us back. He won’t call Home Depot back. So we are stuck with a dishwasher that doesn’t work and out the money for a warranty. Home Depot isn’t being much help either.
Jeff does a thorough and professional job. He was quick to diagnose and fix the issue with our water filter on our fridgidaire refrigerator and is very knowledgeable about their product line. I would recommend! Thanks Jeff!
