As a current client, I see exactly why the reviews are 2.1. Don’t lets the expensive commercials and bus wrap ads fool you. There are better attorneys and firms out there. Or you could do it yourself and save nearly half of whatever the settlement amount is that they are so eager to take from you while providing less than less than just okay service.

Don’t hire them. If you call for a consultation they make you sign some intact papers but they are actually papers to hire them. Then if you try and not use them they will file a lien against your case without doing anything. Ambulance chasers for sure.
