Jeff Doesn't complete paid for work. Work quality is terrible. Currently being sued by neighbor as he didn't compact the dirt on Hilly roadway he constructed and that caused runoff.
Paid Jeff over $200,000 towards cabin build he never started. Did not complete another cabin despite being paid to do it.Put driveway in without compacting soil...it washed away. There are trenches over2 feet deep... approaching 3 feet. Neighbor is suing me over his work....washout. He installed tng in my other cabin and filled over 50 knotholes with foam.... had to tearout Buried water line only 3 inches down... needless to say it frooze.
