Went in for oil change, that’s it. Instead, they said they performed a 10k service, which I didn’t ask for. 10k service on a car with 60k miles on it. And charged me for it. Ok whatever. I went outside to get in my car and noticed they did not rotate the tires, because the dirty rims (front brake dust) were still in the front. The staff are friendly, which is the only reason this isn't one star. But friendly doesn't make up for a service department that won't stand behind its own quotes. I booked an oil change through the official myVW app, which generated a price of $69.95 tied to my specific VIN, model, and mileage. Before the appointment, I called ahead to confirm and was told directly: "if that's what the app shows, it will be honored." The manager here is rude and the prices are overpriced. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a professional experience.
