I sold cars for several years, so I'm more tolerant of the negotiation process and the pitches for extended warranties than most people. This is a store I'd send a car buying newbie to. The staff here kept it friendly and everything was very easy. Got a fantastic deal and a strong value on my trade. They have the best selection in the area by far. They also have the lowest doc fee I've seen in years, which is a good indicator that they want you to come back again.
Our Sales man Chris was exceptional. I walked in knowing what I wanted and walked out with exactly that. The team worked their best to get us a deal we were comfortable with and we left with the car that same day. I recently had recommended service done on my 2016, and that department was exceptional too. A very professional and timely team all around. Thank you Jeff D' Ambrosio !
