Scheduled service online for a minor issue, and then rescheduled it successfully online. The service advisor didn’t inform me that I wasn’t on the schedule, despite having proof that I was, until 5 minutes into our interaction, and then rudely said my vehicle wouldn’t be looked at for another 4.5 hours because they were so backed up. I will not be returning. Not a great first time experience.

Always a great experience with their service team. I work with Mark and he always gives me the information up front, communicates throughout the process, and makes sure I am happy. Highly reccomend!!!
