This guy beat me out of 500.00. He did a half ass repair that didn't fix the problem. Then said he would order a part and call me back to redo. Well no call still had the problem so I had to take it to Brian's German Auto for repair 2300 dollars to fix problem. It's not the money just wanted my BMW fixed properly. I wouldn't let Jeff Cobb work on a bicycle. A real piece of work. He also is a condescending ass. He takes your money and u get is a smart ass and leave with the problem u had when u pulled up. 0 for satisfaction
Don't use Jeff Cobb to even wash a car. He charged me 500 to fix a problem with my BMW 328i , I picked it up and it was doing the same thing I brought it to him for. Tried to tell me it was something else. WRONG!!!!!!!! Major problem, so after he said he would order a part for it and fix it, no calls..... Had to end up taking it to Brian's German Auto and had it fixed Right.... It cost me 2300 to do it right. Moral of the story, go ahead and pay the band if u are going to dance..... I took my BMW328 to him to fix two complaints charging me 500. He gave me the car back one item fixed and still had a squealing noise that he said was a radiator leak getting on the belts. Well wrong the pcv / valve cover needed to b replaced. He said he would order a part and call me. Well I waited for days then brought it to another German car repair shop that didn't look like a junk yard and was told of valve cover problem. Needless to say had the work done plus replace a sensor 2400. I wouldn't let Jeff work on a go cart... read more
Avoid Jeff had my vehicle for 3 months and not only did he not fix the problem he charged me $1500 for the privilege. Avoid.
