My heat went out, and it was freezing in my house. Someone recommended Jeff Campbell Heating & Cooling, so I gave them a call. They came out yesterday to diagnose the issue and discovered that the "Heat Pack" had failed. They ordered a replacement, and thankfully it was still under warranty, so my husband and I only had to pay $200. Today, they returned to install the new part, and now we have heat again! John and Thomas were the technicians, and they were absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. ... read more
