Very long wait in exam room. When doctor arrived, no explanation of his delay. Dr. very "matter of fact" as no hello and no closing remarks. I felt like I got the "bum's rush" out the door when completed, except for the lady who works up front, who was very nice.
Unfortunately, the physician does not follow up after the procedure. It seems that maximizing the number of patients scheduled each day takes priority over taking a few moments to check in with each one afterward. A little more time and bedside manner could go a long way. Medically, he does what he is supposed to. Empathetically, little or none.
Dr. Bullock has given my life back to me. He and his team are very responsive and are willing to listen to what you are going through. He is by far the best GI in the San Antonio area!!
My experience was very professional and efficient.
