Came to Jeff with a calf injury from running. As well as helping my calf, he immediately identified some other issues with my body that would cause this injury to keep happening. He recommended 2 other specialists, and the 3 of them together and have got my body back to where I want it to be. He also gave me a clear plan going forward for prevention and strengthening exercises, as well as some really insightful nutritional advice. Can't recommend enough.

I’ve been seeing Jeff for years for his one-of-a-kind wizardry at injury/sports-related bodywork, so naturally when I became pregnant, I knew he would be the person to help alleviate the symptoms that entails.
