Great experience with State Farm and specifically with agent Jeff Blizzard and his team. I’ve needed to use roadside assistance outside of normal business hours and the app was easy to use with a quick response. I also received a phone call from Jeff to make sure everything was good with me and my car. It’s a great combination of digital and personal support.
