I was extremely disappointed with how this dealership handles out-of-state buyers. I was interested in purchasing a Hyundai Palisade that was still in transit. I asked if I could leave a deposit to reserve the vehicle, but was told they do not accept deposits or hold incoming vehicles. As an out-of-state buyer, being told to "time it right" is simply not realistic when it requires driving several hours.
