I didn't want to get stuck in automated phone hell or wait on hold so I took advantage of the online chat to find out what an oil change would cost. The chat person couldn't answer that basic question and was going to have service get back to me. That didn't happen so I next used the online contact form. That resulted in sales emails and still no answer.
