My vette had a weird problem. Brian, my service advisor, Wally, the technician, and Scott my shuttle driver, were outstanding!
I have not been here in a couple of years and they have greatly improved their service levels. Wait time was as expected, staff was friendly, my car was washed, work completed and they ran a slick process. Very happy and will return as a customer again. I'm updating my review again. I was in for an issue that my car was having, or more accurately, I thought it was having. I was very impressed with the service I received. Very professional and timely.
Did not acknowledge that I was there. I had to ask to be. Did not do a follow up. Just got called to the cashier. Poor customer service!
