We had a great experience with this company for a water heater replacement. We got a next-day appointment, and they had the job finished by noon

I didn't give him a one-star rating because he didn't do good work or because he overcharged me. Honestly I would give no stars because after calling on a Friday to make an appointment for the following Thursday he ghosted me. He was supposed to arrive at 9:00 a.m. at 10:00 I sent him a text asking if he was going to be able to make it. At 11:00 I tried both phone numbers I had and both went immediately to a voicemail box that said it had not been set up. Jeff came out after hours for my emergency backed up septic tank. He was here asap and fixed the problem immediately. Such a very nice man and extremely helpful. I HIGHLY recommend him. I will never want to use anyone else for my plumbing needs. He is the best!
