My son with physical and intellectual disabilities was looking for a new dentist now that he has aged out of his pediatric dentist. Dr. Bauer and his associates made the time to schedule a meet and greet visit where we talked about my son's sensory and physical needs and whether they would be a good fit for dental care. They were kind, considerate, and accommodating. We're looking forward to starting his dental care in this office.
I’ve been going to this dental office for two years now. I had been to the same dentist in our previous town for 35 years. After coming to Waco I saw four different dentists and had some pretty unpleasant experiences. It has been such a blessing finding Dr. Gehring and Dr. Bauer. They are both kind, professional, experienced and their office staff is wonderful. They do not try to up-sale or push any products, but are genuinely concerned about helping you get the best care for your teeth! I highly recommend them!
Dr. Bauer and his staff is the best practice I have used. They are quick, efficient and very nice. He does a very good job of explaining what is needed and how he will perform it in a way that is easily understandable.
Poor scheduling. Twice I've been called and had my appointment changed. After waiting 4 months, they cancled my appointment the day before. Today, they wanted to change an appointment that is still a week out, and push it 2 months out. I refused, and they made it work. It was too little too late. I canceled the appointment myself. There are too many other good dentists in the area to tolerate this.
