I've been working with Caroline M as my accountant since roughly 2019. She has been an absolute gem to work with. For years I trusted a family friend to do my personal taxes, but my refunds and understanding of my taxes have improved each year, largely due to her guidance. Caroline has told me time and again to reach out to her for help. There are times when I've had to wait for a response, largely due to how busy she and her firm are, but I've never felt neglected or ignored. I hope to work with Caroline as long as I can.
Response times slow down during tax season (who would have guessed this could happen at an accounting firm...) but they are very professional and got me an amazing refund! Couldn't be happier with the service.
I would like to share my experience with this company and our accountant Caroline. Caroline has been doing our taxes for many years now and we trust and appreciate all she has done. Caroline is a very busy gal but always manages to return a phone call usually the same day, even during tax season. She has a way of making you feel like you are the only client she has. We had some tax issues and she quickly took care of it and assured us it would all be ok, and it was. I highly recommend Jeff Baker & Associates and Caroline.

Last year when I was filing my taxes I was absolutely sure I was going to have to pay again. I asked Caroline to help my husband and I review and file our taxes and we ended up actually getting a return! She was professional, responsive and incredibly helpful! I will absolutely be having her help me again and I recommend her services to anyone who needs help with their taxes! She is absolutely amazing!
