The experience with my tax preparation was lengthy and frustrating.
I've been working with Caroline M as my accountant since roughly 2019. She has been an absolute gem to work with. For years I trusted a family friend to do my personal taxes, but my refunds and understanding of my taxes have improved each year, largely due to her guidance. Caroline has told me time and again to reach out to her for help. There are times when I've had to wait for a response, largely due to how busy she and her firm are, but I've never felt neglected or ignored. I hope to work with Caroline as long as I can.
Response times slow down during tax season (who would have guessed this could happen at an accounting firm...) but they are very professional and got me an amazing refund! Couldn't be happier with the service.
