I had an amazing experience purchasing my car here. Jeff and his team are very personable and kind and went above and beyond for me with the entire process. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and before I came across JAAG the process felt very stressful to me because of the uncertainty of who can be trusted with used vehicles. My mechanic highly recommended Jeff and him and Daphine lived up to the expectations and made me feel at ease. I bought my car about 3 months ago and am still very happy with the purchase.

Do not go there. One of the worst experience we ever had. My roommate bought a car and just after a month it started having problems. We called them and went there several times but no wonder they don’t care. Worst customer service. Worst work ethics. Worst everything. I wish i could rate them negative.
