DO NOT use this man for any construction or repair. I had to repair everything he did. Jobs never did get finished, would just disappear off the site and never returned. NOT reliable or trustworthy AT ALL!!!!!!!!
He wrecked my house more than he contracted for, harassed for more money, got paid and never come back to finish the job.
