This brokerage sold us homes in alberta and took our 50k i have receiving from his office . I am going to make sure to complain about him to reco to cancel his license for fraud and mishandling our funds. Stay away from these people
I bought a pre-construction property through Sahil Punni and Surveen Kaur, and the experience has been very disappointing. They were very responsive before the sale, but once the deal was done, they completely stopped answering calls or messages. Their after-sale service is terrible — I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
I highly recommend working with Jeevan Punni, a very knowledgeable and helpful person in property and business matters.
