I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately that is not the case. I called right before the Jeep show in Jasper and spoke with Bree. She seemed super friendly and helpful and told me about the show that weekend and how I could come out with my new and first Jeep to discuss a build. I went to the event that Saturday and met the owner and his Father. Just pick my Jeep up after having all new gears and locker installed in the rear end and new bushings in the lift kit, basically fixing a bunch of defects from the last shop that worked on it. So far, so good, staff is friendly ,answered questions. Would recommend
This is the worst experience I have had. I ordered a audio control a month ago. When it arrived, it didn't have the parts. I contacted Jeep Hut Offroad customer service and spoke with Dena. Explained to her and sent pictures. Dena stated she was going to get with someone and call me back. 2 days went by, no call so I called back. Another lady answered the phone and stated that the audio control was discontinued and a return shipping label was sent that morning. Can’t say enough GREAT THINGS about Jeep Hut. Every time we need anything they go above & beyond to help with our Jeep. A big shout out to BRE & MIKE for their kindness yesterday helping with my Jeep top—I’ve gotta have surgery on my hand and was struggling to get the top on. The two of them got right on it and had the top on in 5 minutes. THANKS BRE & MIKE for your great customer service! Merry Christmas! 🎄
