Ordered my part on the 6th of april. Called customer service on the 14th only to find out it still wasn't shipped but they would ship it tomorrow. So I canceled my order.It'll be the last time i even look at their website. There is no excuse.......9 days to ship is unacceptable when you claim fast shipping. I ordered Go Rhino tube doors for my 4 door wrangler. Could not be more pleased with the fit and build quality of these doors. From the heavier tubing, top quality door latches, and the high quality powder coating, these doors are built to perform and last. Very pleased with Jeephut and their pricing and top notch customer service. 5 stars for me.
Beware of their website! They use the shop website or app. I made one purchase with a promo code I added in their check out screen. It went through fine. Then later was looking at another similar product, I thought it would go to the check-out screen, but it didn't. I pressed buy with shop, and it completed the purchase. I replied to the order email. I have never left a review on a business ever, until now. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I have been dealing with this two bit company since October 5th, 2025, when I ordered a side panel for a ‘79 Jeep CJ-7. End of October comes around without a word on the order.
