Same company as Best clean plus! Called Best clean plus to make an appointment to have my fireplace chimney inspected and cleaned if need be, and the guy who answers the phone was very rude. I know nothing about this stuff and that's why I needed someone to come out and inspect it and tell me what I need to do but the guy on phone told me I had to make an appointment now for repairs that I'm not even sure I need!
